Pricing for Social Events

  • Events can be held in either the Welcome Center (up to 80 guests) or the Mongan Building (up to 120 guests). Prices include a 6-hour rental, tables, chairs, sound system. Both spaces have heating and air conditioning.

    Fri/Sun: $695

    Saturday: $995

  • Events can be held on the lawn in front of the gymnasium or by the lake. The pricing is for use of the property only and does not include chairs, tables, linens, or a sound system.

    Fri/Sun: $300

    Saturday: $500
